
Angular Wrist Wrench
The regular Wrist Wrench that you may know, but with a twist! Wrist Wrenches are a great way to train your forearm flexors (or your 'cup' in armwrestling), as the handle is actively trying to roll out of your hand during the movement. It makes this exercise an awesome way to get extra finger control during an arm wrestling match and improve your cupping power.
We made an angle in the handle of this Wrist Wrench, so that it translates even better to armwrestling movements. Because of the angle, you can position your hand in a way where your pinky ends up on the thicker part of the handle. This is a more realistic position for your hand when you compare it to an armwrestling match.
We made sure to put 3 different holes in the bar, so that you can change the focus of the resistance to different parts of your hand.
You can attach the wrist wrench to a cable station to perform wrist flexion or to a loading pin to simply lift it from the ground as a grip strength exercise.
